how long you been training?stats?what is your goal?
weight loss, more size or better shape?
you have decent size but are a bit overweight, shape ok but needs work but again it really depends what your looking for.
the only advice i can give is you without knowing the above you need to decide which one you want and then get your diet in line.
you dont have to be obsessive about it but make it clean as you can make it or afford.
once youve decided what you want read some of the stickies in the diet forum they will help a lot.
and my advice would be stay well away from gear.

again im going off the limited info and poor quality of the pics but i hope it helps a little

start by keeping track of your cals on a daily basis write down everything, carbs, protein, fatg this will help guide and make manipulating cals much easier. i can't believe how many bros don't do this it really isn't that hard and only takes a few minutes per day.

It will come off slowly, with cardio +weights--keep it up

check out my "things to consider" FAQ the diet part will point you in the right direction. Use an online calc to workout your BMR (remember to work out your lean mass - weight - BF) then run your bmr through the harris benedict equation (again an online calc) and this will give you an estimate on cals needed to maintain. Then you just need to knock off a couple of hundred and see how it goes. Adjust as you go. Cardio is a big part of fat loss. At least 30mins ED either on an empty stomach or PWO is needed.
