I really do not know exactly yet how much weight i want to loose,i want to cut up and get solid definition,and keep my present strength im sure this cannot be achieved by just a good diet.
typical day for my diet
9.00.....3scrambled eggs/bowl of museli...protein shake
12.00...250g chicken,friut,protein shake
3.00...tin of tuna,100g pasta,fresh orange
6.00...full chicken/150-200g pasta,protein shake
10.00...tin of tuna/or chicken,fruit,protein shake,fresh orange
i know its not by any means the poerfect diet so
please critique this,as i know people will!!!
