    what to use to cut

    i am now finished my cycling,almost fnished PCT,started my diet,just want some info on what gear to use to cut...at the moment i have got some stanazolol,but i have read not to use these by themselves......what else could i stack this with?im looking to cut but keeping lean mass just want to shed body fat/water and harden up.

    any advice would be great

    guys have used Test Prop/Suspenion to cut up also. doesn't casue too much water retetion.

    HGH therapy works very well to help shed body fat and lean up your muscles.

    yes i was considering using HGH,its just the price held me back..i dont really want to use any test again for a while...how about equpoise?

    Yes, guys definitely have used that to cut. I have no personal eqperience with it so i couldn't tell you about it. Refer to the Steroid Profiles section to get more info about it. But I have heard it causes minimal water retention and solid (albiet slow) muscle gains.

    HGH can be a bit pricey especially since you definitely need to do more than 2 months worth for effectiveness.

    No $$, no gain man!! LOL

    hgh needs to be ran a min of 6 months to be effective,if u decide to run eq you should add some form of test in there

    Have you considered tweaking your diet and your cardio regimen????...trust me that will work wonders...you can take all the compounds in the world but if thats not on the money you might as well piss in the wind.

    test prop

    i was wondering how long i should run this for and how much....feel free to critique

    If youre looking to save money drop the eq. dont go buy the profile. no real gains from this hormone that cant be made thru diet

    Post your diet in the Diet Forum and get that straight first. Save yourself the cash and spend around 2-3 months perfecting a high animal protein/low carbohydrate diet with plenty of vegetables and legumes.

    That's step one.

    What's your current body fat %?

    First thing is what are your stats now?? BF%, what is your goal weight. if you are just trying to lose 10 or so lbs of fat, save your money and body and just get you diet and training correct

    im 5.7..currently 16stone 2pounds,no idea on my bodyfat%.

    I really do not know exactly yet how much weight i want to loose,i want to cut up and get solid definition,and keep my present strength im sure this cannot be achieved by just a good diet.

    typical day for my diet

    9.00.....3scrambled eggs/bowl of museli...protein shake

    12.00...250g chicken,friut,protein shake

    3.00...tin of tuna,100g pasta,fresh orange

    6.00...full chicken/150-200g pasta,protein shake

    10.00...tin of tuna/or chicken,fruit,protein shake,fresh orange

    i know its not by any means the poerfect diet so
    please critique this,as i know people will!!!

    I will say this, though: You don't need all of those protein shakes.

    From what you're telling me, you're around 230 lbs and most of your daily protein (should be around 320g) is coming in the form of shakes. That's bad news.

    Most of the time, protein from artificial sources such as shakes is wasted by the body and at the same time you're sucking in a few hundred calories that aren't getting burned up at all. That's where most of your fat is being maintained.

    Also.. Why're you eating so late at night? Drop that last meal and replace it with some egg whites and celery, or some other fibrous vegetable if you're going to be burning the midnight oil.

    I'm no diet guru, so I won't keep yapping as if I were. Post this in the Diet Forum like I said and everyone will be sure to help you out.

    ok thanks for that..the reason why i eat late at night is becuae i dont finish work untill then and im always hunagry!!
