Ya, Im 21 but in all honesty im not looking to ever be huge. I use to be big ass hell not clean but 260 at 5'9" with 21%bf when i was 18 but then i injured my shoulder and got really depressed i guess. so now i have cut down like crazy! im at 196 at 12% and see i lost a lot of muscle cutting weight and i just want to retain what i have while i loose the last little bit of fat. so thats why i was thinking to run it real low and retain or maybe gain just a little. i Never want to be above 200 again not with muscle and especially not with fat.
