    love (hate! ) handles

    ok what work out is good for love handles?..besides twist, because I feel like if I keep twisting my self I will do a 360.. or my neck will twist like the exorcist , anyways I want to get rid of my ugly HATE handles, nothing to love about.. thnxx...

    /agreed, all my female clients ask the same question! You can't spot reduce specific areas in your body.

    Diet, training, cardio.... If it was possible to get rid of fat in a specific zone with an exercise you would see thousands people doing only crunches!!!

    Best thing IMO is GH. It wil melt the handles off until there is nothing
    left to pinch.

    back in the day when i thought doing side bends/twists = no love handles i found o ut real quick that you will actually build ur torso up and at higher bf% it will give the appearance of even worse! love handles soooooooo i avoid it all now i have a small waist i just gottta unburry it
