    They had that kind and some "dirty rice". They have several servings per box (the dirty rice has 6 servings of 30 grams of carbs!) and I got 8 boxes for a dollar each. Im a college student so you can imagine how happy I was when I saw them, even as I carried them all the way back to my dorm (safeway is a ways away from here).

    Anyways...main ingredient is Enriched Long Grain Parboiled Rice. I know the word "enriched" sounds bad but can I still have this as my preworkout carb source each day? Ive been mixing it with garbanzo beans and some lean chicken breast meat from the school cafeterias. Im cutting by the way. This, oatmeal, and a little fruit are my only carbs. 6g fiber per serving of the black bean kind, and almost none in the dirty rice (meaning the rice itself hardly has any fiber). Whaddya think? It tastes great, I dilute the salt out of it a lot before I actually eat it.

    Give it a whirl and see how your results vary. If you're not making progress switch back to whole grain brown rice or oats. I eat white rice, long grain, wild, or whole grain brown rice and neither seemed to change my results. Different people react to different foods. Just make sure there isn't added sugars, etc.
