    Spring/Summer cycle

    I have one cycle under my belt, a test/deca/dbol/winstrol cycle for 12 weeks. I gained about 25 pounds, at which point I think i could of gained more, but I wanted to slim down a bit. I am at a steady 202 pounds, my max bench is about 315x1 rep, I think my bf is under 10%. For this next cycle my goals are to add lean weight+strength, preferrably 15 poinds of weight with maybe the same in strength, if thats possible, i know the compounds are not the best for weight gain, but i think the eq will help me suck calories down while the others help me keep lean.

    1-4 test prop @ 100mg ed
    1-4 tbol or haloestin in question ??
    1-16 sustanon 300 @ 600mg week
    1-16 EQ @ 600mg week
    1-16 masteron E @ 600 mg week
    6-16 var @ 100mg ed

    5500 cals a day, maybe 250 g of protein, liv-52, cardio 3 x week(basketball, lost 2.1 pounds playing yesterday ;p), working out one muscle a day while throwing in an extra one sometime.

    What kind of gains should i expect, can i meet my goals ?

    I highly doubt your lost 2.1lbs playing basketball

    as far as your goals are concerned with hard work and dedication of course you will be able to reach them.

    Gains from the cycle are hard to determine, because each bro will respond differently.

    the 2 lbs could have just been water weight you lost sweating playing basketball.

    WAY too many compounds for a second cycle !!!!!

    How tall are you? How old are you??
