yes please take note that their is a thing called LIFE, making 8 meals a day when MOST of us have to work, it is not a very realistic thing to say to sombody. I could sit here with my pocket calculator adding all the calories and protiens and carbs ect: desiging the ultimate bodybuilding diet, but it has to fit in with the individuals daily routine, and to be quite frank, tuna tastes like shit, you don't have to kill yourself to get protiens down you, suffer a bit mabe. Shawn ray and arnie never counted their calories, stop complicating a perfectly straightforward situation on gaining mass.
Triple H, Dorian yates never ate totaly clean foods to bulk up, infact Triple H was told to eat pizza and stuff to help him gain weight, that advise came from a professional bodybuilder and guess what? IT WORKED!! That was after he was struggling to grow by trying to eat too many clean foods like baked potatoes and stuff that he read from bb magazines.
