    Muscle Milk Light?

Has anybody tried this yet? How does the taste compare to the regular, and what do you think about the nutritional facts? Good for cutting?

Its so funny when you go to the gym and people race for the closest parking space. They're wanting to make their bodies better, however, walking 30 extra feet to get to the front door of the gym is a total bummer.

i had a Wendys frosty for a post workout insulin spike once. then whey protein 20 mins later. nothing wrong with it. i think it was menzer who used to have a large pop and whopper from burger king at one point when he was working with arthur jones. obvioulsy this will promote fat gain, but if you are bulking thats going to happen anyways.

far out a whopper after training!!! sounds good but i would be too worried about all the fat being being absorbd as it was straight after training

its less likely to be absorbed after than training. insulin will be released but will be more relogated towards shuttling protein to rebuild the broken down muscle tissue. fat will be stored. but if you had the same meal sitting around, MUCH more would be stored as fat then.
