I just dont know why people buy weight gainners? I mean they are loaded with sugar, and always gave me stomach aches.
REAL SIMPLE! mix in 100-160 grams of plain oatmeal(The Scoop in a protein container is about 20grams), 2 scoops of protein and skim milk together then let it sit after mixing for about 5 mins
Approx 80-100 g of cho
40-50 g of pro
10 g of fat and aboout 500 cals.
As far as before bed it will help you gain weight but Id rather do cottage cheese with a tablespoon of pb with a scoop of pro.
