    Question Help with Cutting Diet and Supplements



    Guys I am trying to put a cutting diet together, please help me with any input that you think can make it better and I also need help with where to use some supplements in the Diet. This is what I am thinking about.

    26 years old
    5'8''
    190 lbs first thing in morning 15% BF
    60 min Cardio, empty stomach, 5 days a week at 65% max heart rate


    5:30 awake

    6:00-7:00 60 min cardio 65% MHR

    7:20 Meal 1
    Whey
    Ground oatmeal shake

    Macros meal 1: P: 43 g C: 43 g F: minimal from oats

    10:20 Meal 2
    Tuna
    Mayo
    Celery

    Macros Meal 2: P: 43 g C: 0 F: 17 g

    12:00 Weight training

    1:00 PWO Meal 3
    Dextrose or ground oats
    Whey

    Macros Meal 3: P: 43 g C: 75 g F: 0 g

    2:00 PPWO Meal 4
    Sweet Potatoes or Brown Rice
    Chicken

    Macros Meal 4: P: 43 g C: 43 g F: minimal

    5:00 Meal 5
    Veggies
    Spinach salad w/ olive oil
    Chicken breast

    Macros Meal 5: P: 43 g C: 0 g F: 17 g

    7:00 Meal 6
    Natural PB
    Egg whites

    Macros Meal 6: P: 43 g C: 0 g F: 17 g

    9:00-10:00 Just Before Bed Meal 7
    Almonds
    Low Fat, Fat Free Cottage cheese

    Macros Meal 7: P: 43 g C: minimal from cottage cheese F: 17 g


    Daily totals: P: 301 C: 161 g F: 68 Calories: 2460



    Now my question is where do I place the following supplements in this diet.


    Flax Seed Oil
    Glutamine
    Creatine
    Vitamin C


    I would like to be able to use this supplements but don't know how many times and what time of the day to use them, any sugestions.

    i would add some type of carb into meal 3 IMO, because its before your weight training. For the flax oil you could add it in your cottage cheese on meal 7.
    I usually take glutamine after my cario workouts.
    what kind of creatine do you have (ie. mono, CEE)? is it just pure creatine?

    Thank you JC1987, I think you are right on adding some Carb on Meal 3 before work out, also as for Flax oil, sound good on Meal 7, now as for Creatine, it is pure creatine is Mono.

    I am still workning on this diet that is why I wanted to ask for help here to make it better.

    I would replace the whey in meal 1 with the egg whites your using in meal 6. Drop the mayo from meal 2 and add some complex carbs before your work out. Meal 6 i would replace the egg whites with a slower digesting protien like steak and add some green veg. JMHO.

    Big Otts made some good points. You daily totals look pretty good, just adjust as needed, especially with Carbs and cals

    Meal1
    Your body is craving some nutritious food after sleeping and cardiovasulur excertion do not feed it a whey shake, get some nutritious wholesome meal in there

    Meal2
    Becareful with the Mayo and a little carbs would help.
