Guys I am trying to put a cutting diet together, please help me with any input that you think can make it better and I also need help with where to use some supplements in the Diet. This is what I am thinking about.

Now my question is where do I place the following supplements in this diet.
Flax Seed Oil
Glutamine
Creatine
Vitamin C
I would like to be able to use this supplements but don't know how many times and what time of the day to use them, any sugestions.
