    running meal

I know that most guys here do "powerwalking" but I don´t have a treadmill and I don´t walk so fast when I walk outside so I´m going to do running instead. So you guys that is doing running/jogging for cardio are you doing it before breakfast, after a fatmeal or after a carbmeal? If you do it after a meal do you wait like 2 - 2.5 hours until you do the cardio?

Depends on what your goals for cardio are bro. If you are looking for cardiovascular strength, I would have a solid meal with some complex carbs (protein also) about an hour to an hour and a half before the run.

If you are looking to cut up, I would pick up a heart rate monitor. When it isn't sinfully cold where I live (i.e. summer) I always hit up my AM cardio with a light jog and just keep my THR zone. You could also do this a couple hours after a meal, or PWO. The heart rate monitor is my go-to for jogs though.

My goal is both to lose fat and to get cardio endurance/condition.
    Thanks for your reply.

No problem. I was going for similar results this summer.

If you're focused on the former more so than the latter, I would say pick up the monitor and job with your heart rate at about 70% of your max for 45-50 minutes then bro. Worked great for me on both accounts (ie fat loss/endurance).
