    Update 12 weeks out!!!

    12 weeks out and I feel good about my conditioning.... I've been working with Dave Palumbo following his precontest diet and having good results. I feel my hams are lacking size and my Lats don't seem as wide from the front as they do form the rear. I'll keep you guys updated about every 2 weeks or so Thanks J

    looking good man. stats? also no trying to be dick but is your back scared up from acne from the use? I have horrible back acne at times too. just curious

    Yes the scares are from gear I took many years ago......I'm just glad that when I compete you can't see them at least not very much.

    yea i am sick of dealing with acne. derm wont give me accutane simply cause it anti depressants my whole life so they say thats a bad combo. also have bad bacne due to shoulder pads and gear this past year

    Just make sure you keep your back as clean as you can......If you have to take a shower after you train and after cardio....

    For 12 weeks out your conditioning looks very good..maybe even too far along

    I'm 5'5" 212 now.... I started at 230 I love this program from Dave Palumbo it just plan works......

    I will be LT HEAVY WT..... last comp I was 191.5........So I hope to be closer to 198.....but leaner

    Test 250 1500mg per week
    Boldenone Cyp 400mg per week
    Nandrolone phenylprop 100mg eod
    dormstanolone enanthate 400mg per week
    HGH 5 ius ed
    IGF 25mcg ed
    clen 60mcg ed
    T-3 40mgs ed
    dex .5mg eod

    It is a no carb high fat high protein diet......I like it cause you get one cheat meal per week that seems to help keep you on track......Plus I stay strong the whole diet all but the last 4 weeks.
