I will be taking Halo at the end of my cycle for 5 weeks. Taking 25mg a day.
Few Questions about it?
1) I workout 5 days a week, on the days I dont lift I dont need to take it ,right? B/c the half life is pretty short or do I need to take it everyday.
2) Is it best to take w/ or w/o food?
3) What is the best way to take it? Like right when I wake up and then again before I workout, ok.
