    Cinnamon in your protein shake.

    Don't know if this really has anything to do with diet, but if you don't really care for the taste of your protein shake this is awesome. I started adding cinnamon to my protein shake and its almost better than any desert I've ever tasted, and it also is really good to sprinkle on you natty peanut butter to improve the taste. Just an idea.

    cinnamon has been shown to be excellent for cotrolling blood sugar levels.

    IMO there is nothing better tasting than peanut butter. To me I would rather eat pb than any dessert. PEANUT BUTTER is mans greatest invention!

    My buddy has cinnamon,oatmeal, with his protein shake..He says it's damn good..

    vanilla whey with oats and some cinnamon, mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

    Cinnamon in your coffee does give it a nice little added flavor. I buy french vanilla coffee and put some in my protein shake every now and then and its pretty tastey.

    I use a Vanilla-Cinnamon flavored protein powder...mix a couple scoops with 1.5-2 cups of oatmeal every morning... it is awesome.
