My chest is nice size. The only problem I'm having is with the defenition of my lower lateral pec. I have tried almost everything with no improvement. Any ideas??

decline work, dips and dumbell pullovers.
I second on the dips.....been doing them since december, because thats were my chest was lacking to, and the overall shape of my chest is much improved. I also stopped using and isolation machines, and have strictly been doing dumbells flat, inclines, weighted dips, and finish with flies. Chest is finally catching up to the rest of my upper body.
