    Damn....I got fat.

    Well about 2 years ago i was in the best shape ever. But after graduating and 70-80hr work weeks and 3 moves basically kept me out of the gym full time. Finally I have enough time to get back in though.

    Anyhow...heres my old pics.

    Currently around 205 and im guessing in the 20's BF wise. Hopeing to drop back down to 190 in the next couple of months. Really im just keeping this as a journal and some sort of inspiration to keep me back in the gym.

    your not far off, just get the diet in order and work hard in the gym and you will reach your goals in no time !!

    You do have muscle memory on your side and the knowledge of how to do it. Now you have to put your heart into it.

    You'll get back to the shape you were in and even better soon, just work hard an eat right - like the others said you have muscle memory on your side! Go get it

    Been back in steady for the last 2 weeks or so.

    Luckily, even though im still workin 12 hour days, I got a treadmill and a shower at work so I'll be able to start doin AM cardio starting monday.

    Its just gonna suckfor the first month or so!

    Also started gettin the diet in order. Its hard goin from eating once or twice a day to 5 times....who woulda thought eating more is harder?

    I agree, you are totally not too far off. Two weeks is just about the crossover point. I usually get back into the rythm of things about the two week marker. Then it becomes routine.

    obviously you know what you have to do.. just stay motivated and when your not feeling like doing sh!t well, just gotta do it.. you'll be there in no time.. dedication is all you need

    Yeah, you know that feeling you get when you succeed at something. Just think of that feeling very time you are unmotivated.

    Dude...don't get discouraged. TRUST ME, I know exactly what you are talking about. I would post pics and show you but I don't want to highjack your thread. I went from 180 lbs lean, to 154 lbs scrony. This transition took place when I got a job, got married, responsibilities, etc. Now that I learned how to balance my life, I am finally almost back to where I used to be only 4.5 mths later. Muscle memory is FANTASTIC along with hard work and determination.

    Keep it at it man. Get your diet together, hit the gym hard, and be a little patient. In no time, you will look as good as you did before, or maybe even better.

    Thanks you guys for the support....Finally gettin the diet dialed in and am cardio started.

    Feels good to be back....I'll post some update pictures in a couple more weeks.
