vitargo cgl b4/during or after WO

personally i am loving this stuff i got the vitargo(just waxy maize starch) plus creatine. good product as far as strength and pumps go. I have thought long and hard about when to use this product and I found the best for me, is to drink it starting a half hour b4 training and finish it while training. then immediatly post workout I will down 50gms of whey w/ 2 tbsps aminos and only 50gms dextrose. I am taking IGF with this supplement and doing it this way has WAY improved vasularity, muscle endurance, strength and nitric oxide. I just figured the creatine should be in my muscles b4 and during i train. on off days i drink a half serving in the morning and another half serving in the afternoon. does anyone else do this or see my reasoning? b/c everyone else suggests using it post workout w/ aminos

why SVT? i understand it is good for replenishing glucogen stores and being very good for recovery but what about the creatine? i would think we'd want it already consumed and available for the workout.

thats always been one of those questions where people are on 2 sides of the fence. for basic creatine products, I prefer taking PRE workout, but for multi blend products like, vitargo cgl, with creatine and alot of vitargo in it, I say POST workout for recovery purposes, and use other products for energy like NO Shotgun, Xplode, etc etc

Because creatine is rarely used instantly...Its transported via carbs into the muscle where it is stored for a future workout...
