normal by most standards is 250-1100.

seems like a wide range to me.

listen bro...if this is your natural test level (meaning you've done nothing to lower it) you NEED to find a pro-active endo that will run tests to find out what's wrong. i don't care if it's on the lower range of acceptable levels. at age 36 my levels were 430 and my doc said that was kinda low. get it done bro!

I had mine tested a couple of months ago and it was 167! I was 28 at the time. I noticed that i felt real lethargic and put on a lot of body fat rather quickly. my family physican said that it would come back up naturally and not to worry about it! it yours is that low at 19 you may need to see someone as to why its so low. at 19 i would think you would be in the higher end of normal.
