Hope I spelled groin correctly...anyway Im stretching out before my leg days as always but everytime I do squats and really work with heavy weight hitting parallel I have a pain in my Left groin area where my leg meets my genital region/stomach....It definatley feels muscular....Any good stretches for this area or anything I can try...I think Its really hindering my squats by taking away my focus...What do you guys recommend...again this is squats only when I have pain
