    Grew some balls

    here is my pics since OCT. 06

    let me know what you think... im 6,2ft 234lbs right now i was 248 in OCT

    first 2 pics are from OCT 06 3rd and 4th pics are from NOV06 and the last pic is from JAN 07

    just putting some pics up like the other guys of how im coming along.....hoping to drop a good 20lbs of fat in the next 3months and putting some more muscle on......wish me luck

    I wouldnt even cut but another 10lbs, maybe....try to maintain your weight and build muscle until summer.....as long as you comfortable carrying a few extra % of BF then you'll be fine....youve got a great base like others said

    I aiming for 215lbs......well I don't really take any fat loss supps....only my regular amounts of daily cofee....

    and for other supps I take vit -C, fish oil, flax oil, L-arginine , a PWO shake and a PRE-bed time shke.....oh and NOSHOTGUN ......


    I mean other then the 2 shakes I eat 5 solid meals.......and 4-5 L of water a day.....my diet is not to the key where everything is weighed and all macros are counted.....I'm not trying to reach levels under 8% body fat like a bodybuilder would but levels just the lower teens may 10-15% around there.....I mean I am coming down from the high 20`s so its been a hell of a journey soo far......if I reach anywhere between 10-15% ill be happy......because that is my goal........ my diet is based on chicken breat, oatmeal, brn rice, and veggies.....I pretty much play with it till I see changed in my body.....oh and the cardio 2-3 times a week along with my ritual weightlifting......I'm relying more on diet for weight loss then actual cardio.....once I start to plateu a bit ill bump up the cardio and xtra day or 2......hey if it working great for me right now.....hopefully it stays on track 2 more wks before I have to start changing things up a bit.....

    well, people seem to be kinda harsh on here, id guess 11%ish so judging what most on the board say that would put you at a steroid.com % of prolly 16%

    thank......you guys have helped me push myself......

    I won't stop still I have my 6pack......the only things is that its such a slow damn process lol...

    I lost interest in lowering weight ....from now on I'm only going by mirror......the scale has been fooling me think that I'm at a plateau....but my strength is going up, so I decided to drop the scale..

    but thank all you guys for the info on this site that has helped me....I'd be lost with out this site
