werd.. amplify 02 is the best i have found.. amp works too, but for sports, amplify 02 all the way..

A product called "Pump Fuel" by NDS is the best one I have seen yet. Seems to have a superior blend of creatine/arginine/glutamine. Not nearly as much caffein as similar producst, which I think is an advantage. No-xplode has way too much caffeine for me.
I tired No Explode and really liked it. I read about No Shotgun here, and tried it. I prefer NO Shotgun, but I haven't tried amplify 02 yet.

I actually find it funny that there is so much caffeine in these products due to it being a vaso constrictor. I feel like caffeine would offset arginine in any supplement.Originally Posted by Teegunn
