A product called "Pump Fuel" by NDS is the best one I have seen yet. Seems to have a superior blend of creatine/arginine/glutamine. Not nearly as much caffein as similar producst, which I think is an advantage. No-xplode has way too much caffeine for me.

I tired No Explode and really liked it. I read about No Shotgun here, and tried it. I prefer NO Shotgun, but I haven't tried amplify 02 yet.

I actually find it funny that there is so much caffeine in these products due to it being a vaso constrictor. I feel like caffeine would offset arginine in any supplement.

    Hello Sir

actually caffeine "Amplifies" the effect of NO supps by inhibiting arginine breakdown and leaves more NO to do its job.

The only mal effect of caff is possible diuresis that can occur which is easily ameliorated by increased h20 consumption
