Diet and cardio, you cant spot reduce fat, the first place you put it on will be the first place it comes off.

At the end of your chest workouts do a burnout of bench for 100 reps (just the bar) without stopping. It will PUMP you up like crazy and you will notice a big difference

i told you guys, it's no joke! Try it every other chest workout and work your way up to 100, you will notice more vascularity and your strength 1RM will actually increase too

i'm interested after hearing this and i want to know what kind of pace you use when doing the 100 reps and do you do this when your chest is totally fatiged?

Actually, the first place you put it on will be the LAST place it comes off. That's what you meant to say.

do whatever pace you have to to get as many as you can - I do about 2 reps per second. Make sure you are still using proper form and going all the way up and all the way down. Do it after you're done with your workout because you've already broken your fibers down with heavier weight, the 100 is great to just pump it full of blood (thus bringing more nurtients into the muscles) and stretch out the muscle fibers. In addition, most bodybuilders don't work out their slow-twitch muscle fibers enough in their upper body so you may notice an increase in size right away

Thats what I thought too. Kinda like counting in reverse...the first to be counted becomes the last in reverse.

Im going to try that 100 rep burnout on my next chest day, I cant wait.

speaking of insane pumps, i finished my chest workout yesterday with sets of clapping pushups......honestly, the most insane pump ive ever had.....waaaaay bigger than when i was on gear, that shit had me staring at myself in the locker room, didnt even care that everybody was probably like 'look at this douche bag', **** them, i wanted to jerk off to the mirror......clapping pushups = self-love

As a variation to the 100, you might try breaking it down into sets, each to failure. Thus, you'll pump out as many reps as possible, rest 30 seconds, pump out another set of as many as possible (starting total count from where you left off on first set) etc...until you reach 100 or can't pump out 1 rep.

I am trying this...I am not sure about the push-up suggestion above because when I hit chest properly I can hardly do one push up! I am trying the 100 rep thing next week!

To be clear though, spot reduction does not work. This may pump up the chest and fill out the skin more, but diet and cardio are crucial to cutting any where on the body.
