My First cycle on SUSTANON ? advice!!

OK i have 10 amps of sus 250 and its my first time taking this stuff. i did my research 4 a while and still not sure how to do this first cycle. should i go with 250mg a week or 500mg a week till im done with all 10amps or pyramid? after im done with this cycle im going to take nolvadex for about 25 days after im done with the sus.. what do u guys think bout this? i want to star on mon or sat of this week.

10 amps is useless....get like 50 amps and do half a cc EOD at the least for 12 weeks.

well if i due once a week it would be for 10 weeks and if i due twice a week it woud last me for bout 5 weeks

10 more and this would give you 500mg a week for 10 weeks which is solid...split the weekly dosage into EOD like said above. doing EOD shots with sus. are best (some may even say ED) with the shorter esters included.

EOD is suffecient, run it for 10 weeks.. 500mg IMO followed by a good PCT
