knowing that vitamin e is good for scars and skin i want to start using it on some acne blemishes from a previous cycle... what i wanted to know is if i ingest vitamin e would it have the same effect as if i adminster it on the skin with the liquid vitamin e

Nope...the effect on scars is topical. Just break one of the gel caps and rub it on the scar
