To me the 2week on/2 week off makes alot more sense.
clen doesnt do much for me but after all my reading thats the way i did it

Two weeks is the way too go.
I find building up the dossage over a week till i get the shakes, normally on 8 pd. stay with that dose till shakes sease then come off for a few days, repeat the process.![]()
