    Aas and dieting

    When someone wants to do a cutting cycle say of prop, masteron and anavar? Obviously they want a hard look. Now what would be the calorie intake, cutting/maint/bulking? I dont think it would be bulking. Now What if someone wants to cut bodyfat and gain lean mass also strength. I know hard to do. I just trying to figure out where my cals should be when doing this cycle. How would I gain anything on maintaining calories? If I cut my calories, what will that do lose fat only?

    If it was me trying to cut and hold strength or size, I would use the Prop and keep my Protein high and the total cal's at maintance levels..All I would do differently is add more cardio in to help shed the B/F. I find that is your calorie intake is to low no matter how much drugs you use, your going to lose a lot of LBM and Strength.

    So keep the cal's up and use Cardio to help with the B/F

    right now im doing cardio 5x a week after workouts for 25min walking on treadmill at 3.7. So if I wanted to bulk I would do cardio 3x a week for 20min or something? How much cardio would I do to just maintain? Also adjusting cardio to shed some bf when on cycle for maintance cals, 5x a week of cardio?? I still want to gain size.

    i have im asking questions that i didnt see when i looked in there. dont quite get it yet and the cals. so basically maintance cals and do more cardio??
