Blood Results 1 week into PCT, PLEASE CHECK!

ok well I just want to hear some primary source knowledge on this situation

I go to my dermatologist this morning to check my blood results to see if I quality for Isotretinoin (Accutane) and here are the results..

    Alk Phos: 221
    SGOT (AST): 143
    SGPT (ALT): 343
    Cholestorol: 214
    Triglycerids: 92

the other stuff is undercontrol/I know enough about..NOW my dermatologist said theres no way im going on accutan with those liver enzymes as high as they are and that I should see my primary health care physician ASAP ( I have an appointment there at 2 today)

now I just came off a 5 week cycle of M1T, im currently PCTing with NOLVADEX 40/40/20/20..NOW if I continue the nolva will I ruin my liver more or does nolva have little to no impact on your liver? secondly what do you guys think about the liver? how long till I will be able to go on accutane/they go back to normal?

I'm obviously going to tell my doctor everything ive been on and stuff, will he presribe me on some liver meds to get them to normal or what? thanks for the help all!

he told me to come back in 3 weeks to do a lipids and liver test, now will my nolvadex affect my liver much? or even if I continue with my PCT my liver will get better??

nah it shudnt effect it, but it normaly takes 1-2 months for liver enzyme levels to return 100%, but im sure ull be in the clear in 3 weeks. just drink alot of cranberry juice and water and keep ur self flushing out.
