Has anyone reconstituted HGH like this...

We all know if you have a 10IU vial of HGH powder and you reconstitute with 1cc of water (SW, BA, etc.) every 10 mark on the slin pin in 1iu of hgh. If we use 2cc's of water every 20 mark on the slin pin is 1iu. But has anyone used 1/2 cc of water so every 10 mark is 2iu's. Does the concentration effect the way the body utilizes gh?

I doubt it but I will say that it gets harder to draw through a slin pin as I've done it that way before.
