In the 5th week of cycle (Sus250-500mg/wk-/Deca-300mg/wk). I feel absolutly drained during the day. Switched workouts from 2 body parts to 1 per day/ 6 days a week. 19-22 sets per body part/per day. Very little soreness. Eating 6 meals per day and getting 9 hours of sleep a night. Taking lots of supplements and vitamins. Should I start taking 2 days off?
Workouts going well, I just feel wore out.
Any suggestions appreciated
