    Bf %

    hey what's up guys...i took these pics a few minutes ago and have no clue what my bf % is...can i get a few educated guesses? ty in advance.

    6'3'' 167 lbs. and 17 yrs old.

    AND also i would really like to know on what I would need to improve on...i'll also take a few more pics to show legs and lats and such... =p

    the attachments are not working. from the thumbnails id say about 12%, maybe lower. what are your goals?

    some goals of mine are 185+ lbs...175+ benching (150 currently) curling 50+ db's (40's currently), military pressing 180+ (145 currently)..and these are just some of my goals...mainly i'm looking to be healthy and happy with the way my body looks...i used to be around 150....about 5 months back and not healthy at all...all i would drink was like soda...now im 167 and a much healthier kid...and now all i drink is water, milk and protein.....also the supp.'s that i'm taking now are creatine fuel by twinlab (tablets) and whey protein 100% fuel by twinlab

    Just eat. You are underweight in general. Also seeing as how you are 17 you will now be banned from this site. Best of luck in gaining weight. Come back when you are 18.

    yes, i am really trying to eat as much as i can and trying to eat very healthy...also i have not seen a rule against being 18+ if there is i am sorry...but i will be turning 18 in about 2 weeks (mar. 4)...idk why i would be banned tho since i'm not doing anything besides learning from older and more experienced guys that have been lifting for a long time and getting some advice...idk why you would want to ban someone over that....i'm just looking for some help in my routines

    Honestly , You shouldn't be concerned with bodyfat at this point. Your super skinny. On places to improve, All around size.

    Eat more, stay at it. I was the same size at your age. Once I hit like 24 I fianlly broke the 200lb mark. Eat health train hard....you'll grow. Good luck.

    yea you shouldnt be worrying about ur bf, its pretty low, i would say about 10-11% good luck man

    Yep, just overall size.

    While you are suspended you can still browse forums. Take a look at examples of bulking diets in the diet forum.

    your bench is only 150 but ur curling 40 pound dumbells? Stop focusing on arms and do more compound excercises deads,squats and cleans oh yeah and EAT!

    Form?

    I would have to really question the form of your db curls at that weight with that build. Eat and stick with heavy core exercises for the size to get packed on and stay with legal supplements until you are in your thirties!
