Not to talk smack, but all these Q's? have been answered many times before. I'm new myself, but I did my research before asking.
Don't get me wrong, this is a very informative site and everyone's been helpful, but it's a bad idea to start off you reputation with questions like this.
Also, it helps if you list your stats as well:
Age, training exp., height, weight, b/f%, diet, workout routine etc...
