what weve got here is a bulking cycle turned cutting (i realised that im way too fat) so here it is; im 8 wks into a 500mg of test cyp a wk(12wk cycle). im going to add 50mg-100mg of winny(injectable)wks 9-12. any input would be appreciated on this? im also thinking of starting clen now to help with the cutting (or should i wait for pct?) i know i poorly planned this all out but its a really long story as to why and so now im left to making adjustments to get the results im looking for.
ill be doing cardio 30-40mins 5 days a wk

32 yrs old
5'11" 235lbs, my goal is 210 or less, whatever 10% bf puts me at
16%-17% bf (depends on which calc i use)i am gonna get dunked to be sure
18" bicepts
47" chest
28" legs
16.5" calves (im working on these, damn theyre small!)
18" neck
37" waist (ouch!!!) wont stop until 32" or less
i mainly posted these as a reference for when im done ( hopefully nothing gets much smaller) except my waist of course.

2 scoops prot powder
3 scoops carb powder

8oz lean ground beef
macs total...pro/384...fat/60...carb/223.5...cal/2942
this diet has already been checked out on the diet forum and ok'd by Ibdmfkr
so im gonna post before pics soon (as soon as i figure out how). im not very happy with the way i look but for the interest of science and the transformation im going to make i guess im willing to open myself up to some flaming. im very self conscious of my chest as i tore my left pec 10yrs ago and my pecks are almost nonexistant, im working them, but progress is slow at best and they just arent growing yet. anyway like i said, im not happy with how i look, but thats why im doing all this, right? anyway ill try to keep this thread updated on the days im working out. im looking forward to any "constructive" criticism
