    I'm 22 6'1 only 181lbs been working out for 4 years and have taken a few light cycles nothing serious. I consider myself a hardgainer and am looking to put on 15-20lbs. I'm going to start taking creatine, glutamine, NO shotgun, l-arginine, and tribulus. should i start them at different times? should i cycle on certain supplements while im on off cylce from others?

    Should I take a creatine product like celltech along with NO Shotgun is that ok or a bad idea?

    what kind of cycles we talking about here? have you done anabolics? or just supps.

    creatine can be taking with NO, although NO shotgun has creatine in it. just make sure your only taking your creatine post workout. like either 5-10 grams

    I've taking a small cycle of deca but it was insignificant and also Mtest which i put on weight with but nothing major and am not looking to take anything to serious just concentrating on my diet and a few supplements. So take the NO shotgun preworkout obviously and then creatine after can i add dextrose to the creatine i hear it helps the muscles absorb it better? Also am planning on taking L-arginine and bcaa's when should these be taken? Also can glutamine and tribulus be added to this or should i cycle them when im off cycle with NOshotgun?
