So I've been using this routine for the past 4 weeks and it seems to be doing the job. I was just wondering if I'm overdoing anything as I tend to think I am since I don't really have anyone to run this by.
I generally try to keep the reps between 6 and 9 and do 1 set of warmups per muscle group. I'm currently about 6 weeks out from finishing a cut and then plan to bulk, possibly with gear but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. My diet is pretty on... generally cutting carbs with the exception of Pre and Post work out and giving myself a 300-500 caloric defecit with a cheat meal (still clean) every 12 days.
