Whiteheads...

How do ya get rid of them... lately i have gotten some under my eyes...you can only see them when your up close but WTF

Milia are very common, benign, keratin-filled cysts that occur in persons of all ages, from infants to elderly persons. Primary milia are typically seen in infants but also may occur in children and adults. Secondary milia are observed in a number of blistering disorders and following dermabrasion.

to be honest i have no idea....i started getting them around the time I started takin flax oil im pretty sure


when i was reading about whiteheads they said they can appear if your body cannot absorb ALA which flax has in it

i get them sometimes around my eyes too. They look like little white pimples with no redness. They are also impossible to pop by hand. I take a very sharp needle or pin and very carefully pop each one and then squeeze out the little white ball of puss. Then, put some alcohol on it. This is prob. not the reccomended way to do this but it has worked for me for years with no scarring.

I had a similar experience with Flax Seed oil, except I was actually getting cystic acne from it. Once I switched over to Fish oil capsuls as opposed to the Flax Seed oil, it quickly went away.
