    Finally starting!!! Help plzz!!!

    So I got the gear and will go with my 1 cycle. Do not know what to do exactly?
    21 years 200 lbs around 20% lbs - task is to put on some lean mass. So what I think to do is:


    Week 1-10 Test E 500mg
    Week 1-10 L-dex .25mg/ED

    So questions are:
    1.Is it better to frontload?
    2.How often to do injections in order to keep bloodlevels high- 2x250 or 1x500?
    3.Can I stack with EQ in 1 cycle(500mg)?

    My diet is high protein. So can u help me?

    1. No not for first cycle
    2. 2 x 250mg to keep blood levels stable
    3. no not for first cycle, see how you cope with the test.

    Read the "things to consider" FAQ in my sig. And the term high protein diet sounds suspiciously like you dont really foolow a planned diet. Diet needs to be 100% on point before even thinking about gear. If you cannot tell me off the top of your head EXACTLY how many grams of carbs, fats and pro you consume ED then I suggest you work on diet before you cycle at all.

    Damn u write fast.10x.Monday and Friday is it good to shot 250 or Monday and Thursday ?

    shoot 250mg every 3.5 days if you want to be precise if not then either of the options you listed will suffice.

    Around. May be even higher. Will run clen for some time and then going to do testo?

    sounds like you should not be running a cycle but running some cardio and a good diet.
