I need about 8-9 days between every time I hit a bodypart to recover properly...But I always train hard and heavy...
Anyone else?
Hmmm, in my case it would be possible. I need 4-5 days to recover my chest though. I always go heavy. I am sure if You lowered the weight on Your sets and keep that one %90 lift, You should be fine to do it every 3-4 days. But obviously You would have to try it and see how Your body reacts.
I remember doing it while ago. Each body part two time a week, every 3 days, I was overtraining like hell. Can't recover that fast with my routine.
