Hey guys, I am new to the boards however not new to the work out world. I am looking to get a cycle together, this would be my second cycle, however my first cycle was over 7 years ago. So I am not sure if this one would act like the first. Anyway my first cycle I had Test 400 with dbol. I had good gains from that seeing i was young and did nothing right except work out hard. So my choices are as follows i can choose from Test 400, Sus 250, EQ, or deca. I would run probably around a 14-16 week. I am leaning toward Eq and somthing else, but not stuck on it.
My goals for this cycle are not to blow up, I would like to gain lean muscle mass as well as strength. currently I am 5'10 180, would like another 10 to 15 pounds of muscle onto that. I have researched and researched but can't find an answer. Thank you
