    please help me make right choice

    Hey guys, I am new to the boards however not new to the work out world. I am looking to get a cycle together, this would be my second cycle, however my first cycle was over 7 years ago. So I am not sure if this one would act like the first. Anyway my first cycle I had Test 400 with dbol. I had good gains from that seeing i was young and did nothing right except work out hard. So my choices are as follows i can choose from Test 400, Sus 250, EQ, or deca. I would run probably around a 14-16 week. I am leaning toward Eq and somthing else, but not stuck on it.
    My goals for this cycle are not to blow up, I would like to gain lean muscle mass as well as strength. currently I am 5'10 180, would like another 10 to 15 pounds of muscle onto that. I have researched and researched but can't find an answer. Thank you

    how long have you been back in the game, whats your diet look like? test 500mg and 400mg deca a wk for 12wks is solid, what you got for pct?

    currently diet is around 3500 cal a day. around 300g of protein a day. I've been working out like normal but just had the opportunity to get back on cycle. PCT i am in looking for nolvadex, have not found an exact place to get it yet, but have a few possibilities. Test with the Deca, that will yield results i am wanting?? Anyone one try test with EQ, or Sus and EQ. I am leaning toward Eq so much becuase of the low sides it has, I know you have to pay to play, but i was just tring to help myself.     you need more than just nolva for pct, at least one SERM and one AI minimum, look in the pct section and check out the stickys on pct you should find all the info you need, and if youre gonna bulk id eat a little more than that, im eating 2900 cals, 360 gms prots, 220gms carbs and 60gms fats and im cutting. man id eat all i could (clean of course) if i was bulking, but def write it out so you know what youre consuming

    oh yea ar-r is the place they have all youre pct needs and more and its all the real deal (the service is the s*** by the way) youll be very happy (just click on ar-r it will take you straight to the site)

    Thanks for the info, i guess what I am looking for is the "perfect cycle". I am not looking for a complete bulking cycle, nor am i looking for a cut cycle. More like a combo of both, that why I am asking what type of combo i could use with what is available. hope that might have cleared it up a bit. I plan to up the caloric and protien intake once on the cycle. I've done my research, just need a little help with the descion.

    with the right diet you can gain lbm and lose fat at the same time, post up your goals and diet in the diet section to get it all sorted out, theyll help for sure

    A "leaner" cycle than the test and deca cycle would be to run test and eq (out of your selection). Deca is fantastic for bulking, but eq would definately keep you and bit leaner and vascular. IMHO Eq is fairly week and needs to be ran for a long period of time to see serious results. I think you would notice greater gains on a deca/test cycle, however i think test/eq would be better suited for your goals. First and foremost though, get your PCT in check. Good luck!
