I have been on cutting diet for past 3 weeks now, really reduced my carbs alot and uped my protein. strict eating for 6 days a week and on 7th day have a cheat day where I eat strict up til like 2pm or 3pm then just go for it, cake,pizza,chocolate whatever I want, then its back to strict again.
Since starting this diet and also im on a course of test prop,tren,equipoise and d-bol I have really got alot leaner and my vains are poping out my shoulder and biceps.
Just wana see what you all think guys here is me below cooking 3 turkey breasts with pan of broccli with a couple rice cakes on the side, yum yum.
