I just bought a tub of cell mass which i will use as my pwo. It says you can use it on your non training days as well. It has directions which says to mix one scoop with 4-6 ounces of water. My questions are as follows? Should I use it on my training days? Is one scoop the recommended usage per serving?, it does not specify. If anyone has an example of their cellmass regimen i would appreciate some help. Just in case my stats are 5"8 150 21 years
