Hi guys, i have a quick question, just wondering what the limit for each muscle of gear is. I know there's no set standard, i've read that for delts no more than 1cc is recommended, but i've also read people saying they've done 2cc's. And ok, to be more specific, has anyone shot 2cc's in delts? Cause i'm about to do 1.8 and just wanna know if there could be some problems...
