    Anadrol-50 dosage

    Interesting read...I went on Rxlist.com to look up Anadrol-50 and found this....


    "ANADROL-50 is indicated in the treatment of anemias caused by deficient red cell production.

    The recommended daily dose in children and adults is 1-5 mg/kg body weight perday. The usual effective dose is 1-2 mg/kg/day but higher doses may be required, and the dose should be individualized. Response is not often immediate, and a minimum trial of three to six months should be given."

    So they recommend anywhere from 90mg/day to 454mg/day for up to 6 months? I'm not doubting it's liver toxicity because I've had an LFT done after a 3 weeks of use and my liver values were above normal....but 3 - 6 months? Wow...that is a heavy dose for a long period of time.

    That does seem like a heavy dose. I usually ran 50mg a day for 4 weeks.

    It is still used for treatment of Anemia...in the US at least

    well, it's on that website. I went on there origionally to look up he plasma half-life of the drug....because they usually do for almost every other one on there but they didn't.

    You can look up winstrol, halo, methy, Test Cyp, Testoderm.....all that stuff that's still produced and for sale in the US.

    I couldn't believe it either. They said recommended daily dosage of up to 5mg per kg of body weight????? That is nuts!
