I’m 28 5-9 210lbs not sure what my B/F is (would like to get something that would tell me B/F )I have been working out for about 1 ½ years (use to work out all the time when I was in school) I think I have my Diet in somewhat check I work out Mondays upper body (arms chest and shoulders) Tuesday is cardio, wesday (back) Thursday cardio ,Friday work out legs ,take off Saturday Sunday cardio…I work out around a hour a day ….
Week 1-6 Test C 500mg
Week 1-6 nandrolone 400mg
Week 7-14 Test c 800mg
Week 7-14 nandrolone 600mg week
I was think of lowering the test to around 400mg or 300mg and adding some sustanon 250 to my cycle It just a idea not doing it yet what do you guys think also would you just do your Cycle of test then do the sustanon …Haven’t done it yet just think about it let me know what you guys think
