clever enough to scam these dudes out of their cash though. dont get me wrong, i do feel for the guys that got duped but some(alot) of the responsibilty rests on their shoulders. i mean come on.........

The "SCAMMER" promised the guys who sent the pics 3000 a month not the other way around so I don't think the guys who are in the pics lost anything, they just sent their pictures and names and who knows what else.

I think it has to do with consent. If you publish someones face for a large amount of people to see, then their has to be consent to show their faces.
