    Rep Range

    In looking for mass, do you think I should lose the 10 reppers for the big lifts and stick to 6-8? THis is last week......you tell me.


    FLAT BARBELL (start)
    145X10 10
    145X10 10
    155X9 9
    165X5 DROP 4
    (last week, 185 was a struggle) 195x1 + 1 with a ever so slight touch

    80%..or Ballpark, Say Your Max Is 200lbs....80% Is 160 Is That The 6-8 Reps? How Many Sets? 2x A Week, Onece 80-100, Next 60-80?
