Need Help.... Pct 4 Sust

B][/B]Ive heard and read sooo much on a good pct for sust but cant make up my fkin mind. I need help. Ive been told do .5mg/ed arimidex and 20mg/ed nolva for 30 days. Start 18 days after last sust shot. Would this be efficent?? I also have informed myself about hcg and dont really no if ill need it for my pct or not. Can you guys give me some advice or pointers on a good effective pct for this???? Ive done all the research and reading i can do. Thanks

I might consider dropping the adex in pct, but thats up to you. It depends on how long your cycle is if you need hcg, I prefer to use it no matter what. If its a long cycle I like to run 250-500iu 2x week. For the nolva dosing:

Week 1- 40mg
Week 2- 40mg
Week 3- 30mg
Week 4- 20mg
