    Truck vs. Car

If a Mack truck and a Volkswagen have a head-on collision, which vehicle will experience the greater impact force?

Both will experience the same impact force, in accord with Newton's 3rd law. The force that body A exerts on body B is equal and opposite to the force that body B exerts on body A. The effects of these forces, however, are quite different --- note from Newton's 2nd law

So the car decelerates much more than the massive truck.

With that being said, sucks to be this dude:

The vehicle with greater momentum will theoretically win that battle.

    Mass x Velocity = Momentum

i remember watching a tv show recently where a truck ran into the back of another. what they didnt realise though was that there was infact a little corsa actually between them. it got so crushed you couldnt recognise it as another car.
