First cycle, help

Hi i´m starting my first cycle with test enth and EQ and i will be taking 400mg of test and 400mg of Eq in week and i was woundering how is the best way to take them? should i take the stuff in one shot and inject me once a week or maybe split it and take 200mg twice on week of test and the Eq separate from the test or what? and is ok to star with 400mg and running that all the cycle, or should i load me first with more test the first week? and also let me know if you thing i´m not taking the right size, i´m 23 years old 90 kg have been training for three years. sorry about my english hope you all understand thx..

Drop the EQ. You dont need it and at 400 mgs it wont do much. Also, as a first cycle, you want to use only a single compound (test) so that you can understand how to deal with sides and dosing.

For Enan, you need to inject once every 3.5 days (monday morning & Thurs night) for 10-12 weeks. If you want to fronload, double your fist inject (800-1000 mgs of test in the first shot). In doing so, the test will kick in faster and you can shorten your cycle by a couple of weeks as gains stop.

Ok thx man, but one more question actually i have already start the first shot last monday, is it ok if i quit the eq now and just go for the test only?? i have nolvadex for the pct and i was told that i need it only at the end of the cycle and should be taking 20mg ED about 25 day´s after i stop taking the test, is that true?

You're fine to end the EQ now.

pct could look like this:
Week 1: nolva @ 40 mg/ed
Week 2: nolva @ 30 mg/ed
Week 3: nolva @ 20 mg/ed
Week 4: nolva @ 10 mg/ed

Also, it wouldnt hurt to add an AI like proviron in there as well.

proviron kinda scares me during pct as I've read mixed ideas on whether it is suppresive or not
