I'm 32, been lifting for 12+ years, educated in health & nutrition. 187lbs. I am going to start a cycle of a pheromone (pmax) and want to make sure that I have my PCT absolutely dialed. I have been trying to get the best info out there but seems like there is tons of opinions. I'm looking for a tried & true PCT from personal experience that someone can pass on.
I'm also looking to counter any loss of libido during cycle (g-friend can be very demanding at times) so any sup advice during cycle will be hugely appreciated.
I seem to be prone to gyno so I want to be careful. How about an anti-e? Recommendations?
I see that the Lyon has a deal on Clomi/Tamox/L-dex package. How about L-dex during cycle.
