Do you tell your trainer what you're up to?

I've been training with the same trainer for about a year or so. This old man, used to photograph Arnold back in the day. Anyway, should I tell him that I'm gonna cycle this summer? He's been making up programs for me every 4 months or so, just wondering if a different/special program routine is neccessary when juicing to really maximize gains.

Why do you need a trainer at this point?

I think a trainer is a great way to get started but after a year you should be able to do your own thing. Plus you can look over routines on sites like this.

I agree with the others, don't tell anyone that you are using steroids.

If he has been in bodybuilding since the days of Arnold, I am pretty sure he isn't naive to his clients being on juice. Listen to what these guys say about not telling a soul. Nobody. Other than that, there is nothing wrong with a having a trainer. I would love to be able to afford a good one.

    Your joking right?

So your saying your knowledge is better than everyone elses?

    Even the pros have trainers.

Gunther use's Charles Glass and Carlos use's Victor Martinez....

I dont use a trainer but I can certainly see where haveing one of the top rated guy's in the bussiness critiquing you and giveing there opinions on which direction you should head in beign very beneficial....

The pros dont have trainers, they dont even workout, all they do is eat 10k calories a day and sleep with IV bags of anabolics we could only dream of hooked up to themselves, and they have musculoskeletal reconstructive surgery once a year.

Ive picked up a lot of stuff from charles glass and Milos Sarcev, These guys are trainners and would love to train with them.

as far as if you should tell him, thats up to you. He will know, sounds like hes been in the game for awhile.

I think part of being a trainner to advanced BBs is giving them cycle advice.

If you're not sure about him you can bring it up by saying something like... I was thinking about doing a cycle sometime... see how he reacts.

If he's worked with pros he should be understanding... worst thing that can happen is he tells you its a bad idea and then you just agree with whatever he says and never bring it up again.

    just my opinion
